doula consultations

Receive nuturing support as you step into parenthood with grace.

Gathering information, navigating laborland, and tending to your personal needs after childbirth can be tough and tiring work. Wearing all those hats and making all those decisions on your own can lead to overwhelm, fatigue and lack of confidence in direction. As a birth doula + mentor, I know that overwhelming feeling perfectly!

We can bounce ideas off of friends and family but in the end, it's expert guidance and practical advice we need to help us move across the threshold into parenthood. This is why I am so pleased to be offering one-on-one support for new moms (and families) who struggle with uncertainty throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Private consultations are a chance to invest in yourself, your relationship and increase your chances of having a better outcome overall.

A CONSULTATION IS PERFECT IF YOU:

  • You want to bottle feed.

intake form

The form below will provide me with some very basic information for our initial call. Please keep in mind that I do offer each client my undivided attention while in my care, so please allow 24 - 48 hours for me to respond.

INCLUSIONS and PROCESS
  • Once you have submitted the above intake form you will receive a call from Brooke within the next 2 business days to schedule your complimentary consultation.

  • Consultations are either in-person, via FACETIME/ZOOM or phone and last roughly about 75 minutes.

  • I will reserve your timeframe (based on services) for 7 days. If you do not submit a signed agreement with the retainer by the 8th day your date will be made available to others.

  • Upon receiving the retainer, you will receive a detailed questionnaire that gives us insight into your history, your needs, and any current areas of concern as I am ready to help you from the first minute.

consult outcomes

Each consultation is roughly about 75-minutes devoted purely to talk and get to know one another before deciding if we are a good fit. I will answer any questions you may have about my services, and I will ask about your intentions and what expectations are of your doula. Again, it is strongly advised that you book your consultation before 27 weeks as scheduling is limited.

At Soul Inspired Wellness my hope for your birth is that you find a doula that you are comfortable with and absolutely love. I believe that the journey of becoming a mother, and a family, is very intimate and sacred, so it is an honor when asked to be someone's doula.
