We are not contracted with any health insurance companies, therefore we do not accept any form of insurance. However, based on each client’s insurance coverage, a claim may be submitted by the client to their insurance company for reimbursement of services provided by Soul Inspired Birth. We are happy to assist in providing documentation for the claim but will have no direct communication with the insurance company for any reason.

Time spent planning and preparing before sessions and writing up notes after sessions are included in this price.

Invoices will be provided to the bill-payer upon request. Please give 7 days for the invoice to be completed.

PRICE CHANGES

Fees are subject to annual increases to reflect the cost of living. Existing clients will be given 8 weeks' notice of any changes in fees.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

Birth and Postpartum Support:

Reiki Sessions:

  • A 50% of the fee applies for appointments canceled between 24 – 48 hours in advance.

  • If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours the full fee applies as I am unable to offer this appointment to another individual.

  • The client will be invoiced via PayPal.

Community workshops:

Unless a doula is called to a birth

CANCELLATION BY BROOKE

If the doula cancels an appointment due to a birth, the session can be re-arranged at a date and time which is convenient for the client and the doula. We acknowledge that this can be frustrating, but birth isn't something we can control and I am certain that your level of understanding is not only appreciated by Brooke and the Soul Inspired Birth team but also by the birthing mother.

NON-ATTENDANCE

If the client fails to attend the appointment and does not attempt to cancel, then they will be invoiced for the full session rate via PayPal. If the session which was not attended is part of a block then the session will still count as one of the block’s sessions.

LATENESS

We know that we can't always arrive on time, so please contact us if you anticipate arriving more than 15 minutes late. I will reciprocate as well.
