education is my priority

The use of essential oils has become very popular in recent years, and with the vast availability of essential oils on the market, there are some growing concerns and discrepancies of opinion over how to use them safely and effectively. To learn more about the brand that I have used in my home for almost a decade check out my next mentorship workshop

There are so many ways you can use essential oils. The most common way is to place a few drops on your wrist several times per day. You can also add a drop to pure water and sip throughout the day. Just let your intuition guide you toward the right one or work with us to help get you started.

When you find the right brand for you, try several oils and pay close attention to how you feel when you use them. When you work with Brooke she will guide you in determining what emotions they support and/or release. If you are experiencing a physical ailment, you will want to tune into the underlying emotion then choose an essential oil to support the release of that emotion. For example, if you have discomfort or tension, you may notice that you have anger that you are holding onto. Then, choose an essential oil to support joy and help you release your anger.

If you are using essential oils three to four times per day, you will likely feel a shift in two to three days.  Be sure to make note of how quickly the essential oils work and what insights arise. One bottle of essential oil will usually last for the entire transformation cycle – approximately two months.

The most wonderful thing about essential oils is their ability to promote balancing mood, mental clarity, and spiritual connection, which then helps to create more health and harmony in your physical body.

Here are some other ways you can use essential oils:

  • Apply to meridians, acupressure points or chakras.

  • Put several drops in your bath with Epsom salts.

  • Use as a spray or mist(this is great for young children and even around your house)

  • Dab them on minor cuts and scrapes

  • Put a few drops in beauty products, shampoos, massage oils, and lotions.

  • Rub them on your hands when giving healing sessions such as Reiki or massage.

  • Add to a customized blend to augment the benefits

  • Put in your food (when you do this, think of a theme, such as “clarity” and then add drops of a clarity blend to your food for a period of time when you need to experience greater clarity)

Remember: Just turn to your intuitive sense and allow your body to guide you along the way.

SEEK WHAT NOURISHES

your mind, body, and soul

When it comes to strengthening the mind-body connection I immediately turn to what I know works -- essential oils.

After having studied a variety of holistic modalities, I learned about a famous sixteenth-century Chinese herbalist, named Liu Shihzhen, who had deemed essential oils as being the essence (the blueprint) of plants and had written about them containing the foundation of all energetic processes and enhances physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Since humans are carbon-based just like plants, certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils are compatible and beneficial to everyone, at any age. As they are recognized for helping their own plant flourish, we are able to use them in protecting the microbes in our own terrain.

BELIEVE IN YOUR

connection to nature

If you’re like me, then you know that seeing and smelling beautiful flowers can make you feel amazing, not to mention how a beautiful bouquet can transform any space. All flowers, plants, generally speaking, have an innate wisdom that they lovingly share with us.  Every plant has its own message — and its own therapeutic properties. Chances are if you are particularly attracted to a certain flower, it’s because on a deep emotional level it is providing something that you need in your life.

“We each have the innate ability to heal ourselves. To empower ourselves with natural solutions, instead of succumbing to life-altering chemicals. There's a time and place for pharmaceuticals, but it shouldn't be the first answer, nor the only form treatment.”
